Mumbais Jio World Plaza owned by billionaire Mukesh Ambani the richest man in Asia which officially opened for business on November 1 2023 is the largest luxury shopping mall in India. A symbol of opulence and luxury the gigantic mall is spread across a massive 70000 square meters and hosts some of the worlds most famed high-end luxury fashion brands who pay a hefty monthly rent for the spaces taken by their brand outlets at the premium mall.

Louis Vuitton
The iconic French fashion giant known for its premium handbags luggage and fashion accessories is one of the highlights at the Jio World Plaza which hosts its largest store in India. As per a Reuters report Louis Vuitton occupies a total of four units spanning 7365 square feet for its largest outlet in the country and pays a whopping Rs 40.5 lakh in monthly rent.
Dior
Dior another renowned French luxury fashion brand famous for its trendy high-fashion apparel and accessories opened its third outlet in India at the Jio World Plaza. The French brand occupies two units at the sprawling mall and pays a monthly rent of Rs 21.56 lakh for a total of 3317 square feet of space according to a report by the Mint.
Balenciaga
The Spanish fashion house which made its debut in the Indian retail market in 2022 after inking a franchise deal with Isha Amban-led Reliance Retail -- Indias largest retailer has a giant brand store at the Jio World Plaza and pays a staggering Rs 40 lakh in monthly rent GQ reported.
Apart from the above mentioned brands the Jio World Plaza is also home to other high-end luxury brands including Burberry Gucci Cartier Bulgari IWC Schaffhausen and Rimowa among others who also pay staggering amounts in monthly rent in addition to being obligated to share 4-12% percent of their monthly revenue with Reliance according to Reuters.
