  • 1 tablespoon gum
  • 100 grams

Method

1- First of all take flaxseed and clean it thoroughly. Now place a pan on medium flame on the gas and add flax seeds and fry them.

2- When the flax seeds start crackling, turn off the flame and let it cool. After this, grind flaxseed finely with the help of a mixer.

3- Now put 2 cups of ghee in the pan and put it on medium flame and let the ghee melt. When the ghee melts, add wheat flour to it and fry it until it turns light brown.

6- After this, add ground flaxseed in some ghee and fry it while stirring on low flame. After some time the fragrance will start coming from the flax seeds.

7- After this, take it out in a vessel. Now add half cup of water in the pan and heat it. After this, break the jaggery and add it to this water.
