Not one, not two... he brutally killed 11 people. First, he would make men sit in his car on the pretext of giving them a lift. Then he would rape them forcefully and after that, he would rob them and kill them. After the murder, he would write 'Dhokhhebaaz' on the waist of the dead body. And if he regretted his act, then he would touch the feet of the dead body and apologize. This is the heart-wrenching crime story of a serial killer who has been arrested by the Punjab Police.

This 33-year-old serial killer named Ram Saroop killed 11 people in the last 18 months. He was arrested on 18 August when he murdered a 37-year-old man who used to sell tea and water at the toll plaza Modara. The police arrested him from Rupnagar district after getting clues about him.

During interrogation, Ram Saroop revealed that he had killed 10 more people in the same manner. The police have so far identified five of his victims and are looking for clues about the rest. During interrogation, it was found that Ram Saroop is a resident of Chaura village in the Garhshankar area of Hoshiarpur in Punjab.

According to the police, Ram Saroop is married and has three children. About two years ago, when his wife found out about his homosexuality, his family left him. He worked as a labourer and was addicted to drugs. During interrogation, he confessed that he had committed all these crimes in a state of intoxication and after the murders, he did not remember anything.

Ram Saroop told the police that after committing the murders when he regretted it, he would touch the feet of the dead body and ask for forgiveness. All the 11 people he killed were men. Ram Saroop would make people sit in his car on the pretext of giving them a lift. After this, he would have sex with them and then rob them of their money. Later he would kill them.

Police said that in most of the cases he killed his victims by strangling them with a cloth. In some cases, Ram Saroop killed them by hitting their heads with bricks or other heavy objects. Among those killed by Ram Saroop was a former soldier who worked as a security guard before his death. After killing him, Ram Saroop wrote 'Dhokaar' on his back.

On April 5 this year, Ram Saroop beat a 34-year-old tractor mechanic to death. Before this, on January 24, he killed a man and left his body in his car. Ram Saroop killed people in Rupnagar, Hoshiarpur and Fatehgarh districts. Police say that all the cases will be solved soon.
