Israel has achieved another success in Gaza. On Tuesday, the IDF informed that Abd al-Hadi Saba, the commander of Hamas' elite Nukhba force in Khan Yunis, has been killed in the Khan Yunis area of ​​southern Gaza. The army and Shin Bet said that Abd al-Hadi Saba led the attack on Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7, 2023 terrorist attack.

The army said al-Hadi was killed in a drone strike by the Israeli army on a relief camp in Khan Younis on 31 December. According to the army, al-Hadi was involved in attacking Kibbutznir Oz on 7 October and taking dozens of people hostage, as well as being involved in several attacks on the Israeli army during the Gaza war.

7 October culprits eliminated

The elimination of al-Hadi was part of an operation by Shin Bet to punish the perpetrators of the October 7 attacks. While launching the attack on Gaza, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to track down and kill all the terrorists who took part in the October 7 attacks.

Israeli action continues in Gaza.

Israel's military offensive in the Gaza Strip continued from October 7, 2023 till now, according to new estimates by the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 45,541 Palestinians have been killed and 108,338 injured in the attacks so far.

Last week, the Israeli army raided the Kamal Adwan hospital in northern Gaza and set it on fire. Apart from this, the director of the hospital was arrested. The army claims that it has arrested 240 suspected terrorists.

A UN report released on Tuesday said that Israel carried out 136 attacks on at least 27 hospitals and 12 other medical facilities from October 12, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
