There are many tourist places here, which attract tourists. Tourists coming to Kashmir are not satisfied with visiting famous places like Srinagar, Pahalgam, Sonmarg. You can reach Kashmir by flight or train. Start your journey from the capital of Kashmir. On the first day you can visit beautiful places in and around Srinagar. Here you will enjoy Shikara Tour in Dal Lake. In Srinagar you can see Mughal Garden, Wular Lake, Baramulla, Anantnag, Shankaracharya Temple etc.
After spending a day in Srinagar, we will leave for Sonamarg the next day. Sonamarg is 80 km from Srinagar. It will take about two and a half hours to reach here. If you leave early in the morning then you can have breakfast in Sonamarg itself. In Sonamarg you can see Krishnasar, Baltal, Vishansar Lake, Thajiwas Glacier and Gadsar Lake.
On the third day you can go to Pahalgam in Kashmir. The distance from Srinagar to Pahalgam is 95 kilometers. In Pahalgam you will find dense forests, lakes and beautiful valleys of flowers. You can stay here overnight.
After visiting Pahalgam, we will depart for Gulmarg. If you are fond of adventure then here you will get a chance for ski driving. Ski driving in Gulmarg is famous all over the world. In Gulmarg you can visit the longest golf course, Strawberry Valley and Upper Lake.
Next day departure for Betab Valley excursion. Amarnath Yatra starts from Betaab Valley itself. It would also be best to have a photo shoot amidst the beautiful views of Betab Valley.
For the last two days you can go to Jammu to visit Mata Vaishno Devi Dham. While returning to Jammu from Betab Valley, visit the ancient temple of Lord Shiva and Shri Vishnu at Awantipura. From there Katra can be reached at night. Katra is about 218 km from Betab Valley. After 7 hours journey you will reach Katra. You can stay overnight or go hiking.
There is also helicopter service for Mata Vaishno Devi temple, on the morning of the seventh day you can reach the temple by helicopter and have darshan. In return you will get a train from Jammu. If you want to save time then you can take a flight.
