HPPSC Civil Judge Bharti: Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) will soon close the application for the recruitment of a Civil Judge in the Home Department, HP through the HP Judicial Service Competitive Examination 2024. Interested and eligible candidates for these posts can fill out the online application form through the official website (hppsc.hp.gov.in) till January 5, 2025. The last date for submission of offline documents is January 13, 2025.

The aim of this recruitment drive is to appoint 21 posts of Civil Judge. The preliminary examination will be held at Shimla, Mandi, Kangra, and Dharamshala.

As per the official notification, "Candidates are required to upload soft copies of the required documents on the One Time Registration System (OTRS) portal and also submit self-attested hard copies of the same documents along with a printout (A-4 size) of the online application form to the "Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002". Candidates should write the name of the examination i.e. "Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service Examination-2024" and their application number on the envelope and then submit it to the "Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002" by hand or by post by 13-01-2025."

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for these posts must possess a law degree recognized by the Bar Council of India as of January 5, 2025.

The candidate must be 22 years of age but must not be more than 35 years of age as of the last date for submission of the online recruitment application i.e. January 5, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates of reserved categories.

Application Fee
The candidates applying will have to pay the application fee. Unreserved category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 600, while reserved category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 150.

Now on the homepage, go to the online application tab

After this, click on OTR.

Now fill out your application form and pay the application fee.

Finally, submit the application form and take a printout of it for future reference.
