What not to eat with tea: combinations dangerous for health

Tea has a special place in India, and the number of tea lovers is continuously increasing. Starting the morning with a cup of tea or discussing it with friends over tea in the evening makes tea an integral part of the Indian lifestyle. But combining certain foods with tea can be harmful to health. Therefore, it is better to avoid certain things while drinking tea. Let us know what things should not be consumed with tea.

Do not eat with tea:

  1. Namkeen and snacks: Consuming snacks and snacks with hot tea is common, but it is not good for health. Eating these food items with tea slows down the absorption of caffeine, which can affect your health.
  2. egg or omelette: Many people like to eat egg or omelette with tea in the morning. But this combination is heavy and can cause difficulty in digestion. People suffering from stomach problems should stay away from this combination.

  4. sweet things: Avoid eating sweet things like biscuits, chocolates, sweets and cakes with tea. These foods increase the blood sugar level rapidly, which is harmful for health. Especially for diabetic patients, consuming sweet things with tea can be very dangerous.
  5. fried foods: Hot pakodas taste delicious with tea, but they are harmful for health. Fried foods are difficult to digest, and eating them with tea can affect the digestive system.
