This place is situated 16 km above Bir in Himachal Pradesh. If you live in Delhi then you can go to Palampur and from there to Bir-Billing to visit this place. To go to Bir-Biling, you can take a bus from Delhi to Palampur. You will get a bus ticket between Rs 500 to Rs 1000. You will reach Palampur at 10 am by night bus. After this take a hotel there. Your hotel fare will be between Rs 1000 to Rs 1500. After this, freshen up and catch a bus to Kangra. If you want, you can also take a cab from here.
