Tomato brings sourness and wonderful taste to vegetables, but there are some vegetables in which adding tomato can spoil their taste. Let us know the names of those vegetables which should be prepared without tomatoes so that their original taste remains.

1. Do not add tomato in Bhindi curry

Bhindi vegetable is a favorite of many people, but adding tomato to it spoils its taste. The sourness of tomato does not go well with ladyfinger, which affects the taste of the vegetable.

2. Avoid tomatoes in bitter gourd

Bitter gourd is a vegetable which people either like very much or not at all. If you want to retain the original taste of bitter gourd curry, then avoid adding tomatoes in it. This combination can spoil the taste of the vegetable.

5. Do not add tomato in bean curry

Bean curry is not a favorite for children, but if prepared properly it can be delicious. Using tomato can spoil its taste, so avoid making it.
