Mahakumbh 2025 is going to start soon in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. In such a situation, many devotees including many sages and saints have already started reaching here. Meanwhile, a big statement of Shankaracharya Sadanand Saraswati Maharaj (Dwarka Shankaracharya) of Shardapeeth of Dwarka has come out. He has given this statement regarding the entry of non-Hindus in Mahakumbh.

Shankaracharya says that in Mahakumbh we take bath in Ganga, worship Hanuman ji and invoke the gods. Therefore there is no point in non-Hindus going to such a place. Because they neither bathe in Ganga nor respect our Gods and Goddesses. In such a situation, there is no point in non-Hindus attending Mahakumbh. Raising the question, he said, why should those who have difficulty in reciting Vande Mataram get entry into the Mahakumbh?

Along with this, Shankaracharya Sadanand Saraswati Maharaj said- Mughals ruled the country and built their mosques only on the temples of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Whereas at that time, apart from the temples, a lot of land was also in their possession. But they have deliberately demolished the temples and built mosques. In such a situation, if excavation is taking place today then there is nothing wrong. Because they destroyed our tradition and culture. Today, if we are getting our ancient sites back, there is nothing wrong in it, it is our right.

What did Mahant Ravindra Puri say?

Earlier, Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad chief Mahant Ravindra Puri gave a big statement regarding Muslims setting up shops in Mahakumbh. He said that there is no enmity towards Muslims, but they should not set up shops during the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj because they will corrupt our religion. They cannot set up groceries, juice shops, food stalls and tea shops because they deliberately spit on food.
