After the death of Ratan Tata, who will be the real heir of Tata Group? There was a lot of discussion about it, however, later Ratan Tata's brother Noel Tata was given the responsibility of the group. He was made the chairman. Now another news related to Tata Group is coming out. Noel Tata's daughters have been included in the Board of Trustees of Sir Ratan Tata Industrial Institute (SRTII). It is a part of Tata Trust, which is one of the two major shareholders of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group.

Earlier, Arnaz Kotwal and Freddy Talati were included in the Board of Trustees. Noel's two daughters i.e. Maya and Leah have taken his place. On this Arnaz Kotwal said that he was asked to resign. After this decision, the ongoing differences within the Tata Group are also coming to light. Arnaz Kotwal wrote a letter to the remaining trustees of the group saying that what has not happened to them is fair. He was forcibly asked to resign. He said that he was pressurized to leave his post to bring in a new trustee.

Place given to strangers- Arnaz

He further targeted Maya and Leah without naming them and said that two strangers have been given their place. Arnaz told the fellow trustees of the company that I am currently in Dubai and tendered my resignation at the behest of Burjis Taraporewala, who is the executive of the trust. However, I am only sad that this decision was taken without directly talking to me. He said that some unknown person spoke to me on behalf of Siddharth Sharma who is the CEO and told him the whole matter. I am surprised that my other colleagues did not give any information about this.

Noel Tata's decisions

Even before making place for his daughters in SRTII, Noel Tata has been in the news for his other decisions. A few days ago, he had also taken a decision regarding two posts of Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the group, in which he had abolished both these posts. He said the reason behind this was to reduce the costs of the company.
