Ingredients for making Peanut Chikki
Peanuts- 200 grams
Jaggery-1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Cashews- 8-10
Milk powder- one cup
How to make Peanut Chikki
To make Peanut Chikki, first dry roast the peanuts thoroughly.
Then remove its peel and clean it thoroughly. Due to which there are no peels left in it.
Now add peeled roasted peanuts in a grinder jar.
After this, add one cup of milk powder and eight to ten cashew nuts, mix well and grind it to make a powder.
Due to which a mixture will be prepared. Then pour milk in a pan and boil it.
Keep in mind, keep the gas flame low. Then when the milk thickens, turn it off.
After this add jaggery and stir well. Till the jaggery melts in the milk.
Then turn on the gas flame and mix prepared peanuts and cashew powder.
Now fry while stirring well with a spatula, until the mixture starts releasing ghee. Due to which the pan started releasing oil.
After this, apply some ghee in a plate or tray and spread it well. Now put the prepared mixture in it.
Then garnish with finely chopped pistachios.
Apart from this, if desired, add peanuts on top.
