Prayagraj: Uttar Pradesh's daughter Anamika Sharma gave a proud moment to Maha Kumbh by setting another record. Anamika hoisted the official flag of Maha Kumbh 2025 in the sky by sky diving from a height of 13,000 feet in Bangkok. Through this unique achievement, Anamika invited the world to join this sacred event of Maha Kumbh.
Anamika Sharma of Prayagraj is India's youngest C-licensed female skydiver. Earlier, she had created a record by jumping from a height of 13,000 feet with 'Jai Shri Ram' and the flag of Ram Mandir. Her achievement is a matter of pride not only for Prayagraj but the entire country.
Anamika Sharma has prepared for another unique achievement by planning to land in the holy waters of Sangam after Maha Kumbh 2025. Anamika has expressed her desire to meet the Mela Officer of Prayagraj and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Her goal is to become a symbol of women's empowerment by landing at Sangam before Women's Day (8 March 2025). Apart from this, Anamika is also a trained scuba diver, which shows her versatility.
Anamika Sharma is India's youngest C-licensed sky diver. Her father Ajay Kumar Sharma has served in the Indian Air Force and is an experienced sky diving instructor. With her father's encouragement, Anamika took her first jump at the age of just 10. Today, 24-year-old Anamika has obtained a C-license from the United States Parachute Association (USPA) of America and is a trained sky diving instructor.
Anamika has made a unique effort to spread the message of 'Divya Kumbh-Bhavya Kumbh' across the world. Her move has further enhanced the glory of Maha Kumbh 2025. The Maha Kumbh of Prayagraj is the biggest religious and cultural event in the world, and Anamika has given it a new identity.
