Entry Level Pay Matrix 14A for Professor post (Basic 1,68,900-2,20,400) as per 7th CPC and all usual allowances (with NPA for candidates having medical qualification)

Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A2 for Admission Professor post (Basic 1,48,200-2,11,400) as per 7th CPC and all usual allowances (with NPA for candidates having medical qualification)

Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A1 for Associate Professor post (Basic 1,38,300-2,09,200) as per 7th CPC and all usual allowances Allowances (with NPA for candidates having medical qualification)

Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 (Basic 1,01,500-1,67,400) for the post of Assistant Professor as per 7th CPC and all general allowances (including NPA for candidates having medical qualification)

AIIMS Recruitment 2025: Age Limit

The maximum age for candidates for Associate Professor and Assistant Professor should not be more than 50 years. At the same time, for the post of Professor and Additional Professor, the age of the candidate should not be more than 58 years for direct recruitment. See notification for more details.

AIIMS Recruitment 2025: Application Fee

The application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 2360. At the same time, candidates of the SC / ST category will have to pay a fee of Rs 1180. Candidates of the Divyang category are exempted from the application fee. The application fee has to be paid in online mode.
