material to make

2 potatoes (medium size)
1/2 cup gram flour
2 tbsp refined oil
6 curry leaves
3/4 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3/4 teaspoon sugar-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
half cup onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup low fat mozzarella cheese (grated)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 chopped green chilli
1 pinch baking soda
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 cup chopped coriander
half cup cheese

method of making

To make Chilli Cheese Vada Pav, first boil the potatoes for 2 to 3 whistles.
After this, peel it and mash it well.
Then heat oil in the pan and add curry leaves, garlic, mustard seeds, green chillies and fry well.
Also mix salt. Now add mashed potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mustard powder.
Then add gram flour, lemon juice and sugar and mix it well.
After this, add green coriander, green chillies in a mixer and grind it well.
Now add gram flour, turmeric powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Then add water as per requirement and make a slightly thick batter.
Also add a few drops of oil in it and mix.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Then take potato mixture and dip it in gram flour solution.
Then deep fry these vadas and take them out in a plate.
After this, slice the vada pav bun and add tamarind chutney and garlic powder to it.
Now place green chilli vada and add grated cheese on it.
Your tasty chilli cheese vada pav is ready. Serve it in a plate and enjoy.
