However, most of the people shrink their nose after hearing the name of bottle gourd and refuse to eat it immediately, but this bottle gourd is very tasty and beneficial for health. So let us know the easy way to make it…

material to make
Bottle gourd – half kilo (grated)
Gram flour – half cup
Green chillies – (2-3 finely chopped)
Ginger paste – half teaspoon
2 tomatoes-(finely chopped)
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Garam masala- half teaspoon
Coriander – 5-6 teaspoons (finely chopped)
Salt- as per taste
oil as required
Asafoetida- 1 teaspoon
Cumin- one spoon

method of making

To make bottle gourd koftas, first peel the bottle gourd.
Then wash it with clean water. After this grate it in a vessel.
Now add finely chopped green chillies, ginger paste, half teaspoon red chilli powder.
Also mix half teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon green coriander, half teaspoon chaat masala, gram flour.
After this add salt. Then cover this mixture for 5-7 minutes and keep it aside.
Now on the other side, finely chop tomatoes, green chillies and onions.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it. After that make small balls from the prepared mixture.
After this, deep fry those balls in oil.
Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin and bay leaves and fry.
Then add onion and green chillies and cook. When the onion turns golden brown, add tomatoes to it and fry.
After this, beat it and add curd. Now add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and chaat masala.
Then let the gravy thicken. If you want, you can also add milk or cream in it.
Now add prepared bottle gourd pakodas into it. Then let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Also add garam masala over it and also add fine coriander.
Now your hot gourd koftas are ready. Enjoy it with rice or roti.
