Maiya Samman Yojana: The fourth installment of Maiya Samman Yojana will be available on this day

More than 51 lakh women of Jharkhand are being given financial assistance under the Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana. Chief Minister Hemant Soren has recently released the third installment, and the fourth installment will be given before Chhath Puja.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren had launched the Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana for the empowerment of the women of Jharkhand, under which lakhs of women are getting financial assistance. The main objective of this scheme is to financially empower the women of the state and make them self-reliant. Just recently, the third installment of the scheme has been deposited in the accounts of more than 51 lakh women of the state, and the government has announced that the fourth installment will also be delivered to all the beneficiaries on the auspicious occasion of Chhath Puja.

Objective and benefits of Maiya Samman Yojana

Under the Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana, financial assistance of ₹ 1,000 is given to the women of the state every month. This amount is deposited directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). About 51 lakh women of the state are taking advantage of this scheme, and the government plans to add more women to this scheme in the coming time.

The aim of the scheme is not only to provide financial assistance but also to make women self-reliant and give them an equal position in society. This scheme has been specially designed keeping in mind the women of rural and tribal areas, who are generally economically weak. Chief Minister Soren has said that this scheme is an important step towards the self-respect and empowerment of women.

When will the fourth installment of Mainiya Samman Yojana be received?

Chief Minister Hemant Soren has announced that the fourth installment of Mainiya Samman Yojana will be deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries before the auspicious occasion of Chhath Puja. Getting this financial assistance before Chhath Puja, which is an important festival for the people of Jharkhand and Bihar, will provide financial relief to women. The Chief Minister has said that this installment will be a gift of Chhath Puja for women.

Expansion of the scheme and plans

Chief Minister Soren has clarified that the scope of this scheme will be further expanded in the coming time. At present, more than 50 lakh women in the state are benefiting from the scheme, but the government aims to ensure that every needy woman gets the benefit of this scheme. For this, camps are being organized across the state, where women can register themselves and take advantage of the scheme.

How to apply in Mainiya Samman Yojana?

To avail the benefits of this scheme, women have to register on the online portal. Along with this, the state government has ensured the registration of women by organizing camps at the district level. For this, Aadhar card, ration card, EPIC card (voter ID) and bank account linked to Aadhaar are mandatory documents. This scheme is for those women who fall in the age group of 21 to 50 years and are not taking advantage of any other pension scheme.

Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana is an important effort of the Jharkhand government towards the economic upliftment of women and their empowerment. The financial assistance given under the scheme is not only helping women but also helping them to become self-reliant. The release of the fourth installment before Chhath Puja will provide financial relief to women and make this festival even more special for them.
