Mahant Rajpuri ji tells that he got this pigeon about nine years ago, when it was very small. From then till now there has never been a time when he was without this pigeon. He told that since it was a divine event. Therefore he named this pigeon Haripuri ji. From then till now everyone calls this pigeon by the name of Haripuri ji. He said that ever since he came into my life, people have now changed his name from Mahant Rajpuri to Kabootar wale Baba.
Mahant Rajupari tells that he takes special care of this Kabutak. For this, Mawa Prasad is prepared separately, which contains special type of dry fruits. Feed this kabutak twice with your hands. Besides this, when it wants to drink water, he himself gives it water to drink.

He said that the effect of age is now visible on this pigeon also. He said that in Sangat, devotees come less to meet me and more to meet Haripuri ji.

Even when he sleeps at night, he sleeps next to the Mahant. Mahant Rajpuri said that right from the morning he stays with me in all the daily routines from bathing to meditation.
