Hotel operators are given strict instructions.

When police teams inspected hotel restaurants around the Greater Noida area on Wednesday night, they provided these directives to the facility operators per the directives of Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh.

Police Examine Restaurants and Hotels

In light of the approaching Republic Day, Delhi Assembly election, and Maha Kumbh Mela, the police commissioner has instructed the department to step up vigilance in order to preserve security and harmony. As a result, on Wednesday night, police units monitored the whole area. Inspections were conducted of hotels, eateries, dhabas, and other tourist accommodations. Additionally, the identity cards of those residing in the institutions were examined.

Questioning of Suspects

People that were suspected were questioned and searched. During this time, police officers told hotel, restaurant, and other business owners to only provide rooms to people after obtaining their identification.

There Will Be Legal Action

The ID of the guests and other information should be required to be entered in the register. Those who fail to do so will face legal action. The police teams have been directed to carry out routine checking campaigns by the police commissioner.
