Thousands of Three, iD Mobile and Smarty users are unable to make calls in a major outage affecting the mobile phone networks.

According to , issues for the major phone service provider peaked at nearly 11,000 complaints. 85% of complaints registered showed problems with voice =calls, with another 15% saying they had no signal.

Several Three subscribers have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues.

iD Mobile and Smarty Mobile are also experiencing outages.
