2 sweet potato
1 big potato
Oil
1 tbsp sweet dates tamarind chutney
1 tbsp green chutney
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1-2 green chili finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh green coriander finely chopped
To decorate fresh pomegranate grains
Heat the oil in a pan as required. Add boiled potatoes to it and fry till it turns golden brown. Fry it and take it out on the absorbent paper.
In this, fry the sweet potato cubes and deep fry till it turns golden brown. Take them out on the absorbent paper.
Pour fried potatoes and sweet potato cubes into a bowl. Add dates and tamaries chutney, green chutney and mix.
After this, add chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, green chillies, lemon juice and green coriander and mix it again again.
Your sweet potato chaat is ready, put it in the serving bowl, serve with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
