In view of the police opposition, Advocate Khan informed the court that Balyan is no longer pressurized for detention parole at this stage. Instead, he will continue the debate on the regular bail application, which is to be heard tomorrow. Naresh Balyan on Tuesday demanded immediate interim relief from the Delhi High Court and sought instructions for detention parole. He said, “I can pay parole during custody. As an existing MLA, I will remain in custody. My wife lacks experience, and the election time is almost over.” Earlier, opposing the bail plea of AAP MLA Naresh Balyan in the MCOCA case, Delhi Police revealed that the investigation revealed that Balyan and his absconding companions were detected in the organized crime.
He conspired to dispute the valid assets of witnesses to allegedly get financial or other unfair benefits. The accused, along with his colleague Kapil Sangwan (aka Nandu), threatened to forces the right owners of these assets to be forced to sell at much lower prices than the agreements agreed in sales contracts. It is said that applicant Naresh Balyan has used agreements in the name of an absconding person Ummed Singh, who has been avoiding arrest since the detention of Balyan. After agreements, Balyan will manipulate the properties to bring to a disputed situation, including Sangwan to intimidate legitimate vendors. The Honorable Trial Court has issued a non -bailable warrant against Umaid Singh, after permission from the trial court, the voice sample of Balayan was received and sent to CFSL for analysis.
The samples as well as the suspected audio clip were confiscated for further investigation. The police also noted that several other suspects, whose names have been revealed, are yet to be identified, and to completely highlight the scope of organized crime and find out the illegal financial benefits made by Balayan and his colleagues. Further inquiry is going on. Balayan, along with Kapil Sangwan and other members of Syndicate, is accused of assisting or assisting the ongoing illegal activities of organized crime, whether it is through logistics plan, providing information or committing criminal tasks. Syndicate has caused a lot of damage to the society and has deposited heavy illegal assets. According to the police, Kapil Sangwan, the leader of Syndicate, is currently abroad, Balyan is facing allegations under the Organized Crime Control Act (MCOCA) and recently the lower court has refused to grant him bail in the case. He was arrested on 4 December in connection with the MCOCA case, although he had earlier granted bail in a forced recovery case. (ANI)
