Counters and dismisses as “baseless and fabricated,” television host Mathira’s harassment allegations against renowned singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan. In a recent statement, he reflected on how disappointed he was over the accusations, saying selective clips from their interaction were being misused to misrepresent the situation.

Chahat alleged that Mathira has been inviting him to her show for months; the show was apparently doing miserable ratings. He said that his conversation with Mathira was rather light and friendly on the show. Additionally, he claims that it was Mathira who even reached out to touch his back during this interaction, not him reaching out for Mathira.

Chahat Fateh Ali Khan issued a statement in reaction to the controversy that “he will definitely take action against Mathira for defaming him. He is consulting his legal team and will definitely return with all the documents required to file a case against her.”

The issue has sparked social media debate and comments from those who claim allegiance to both personalities. Everything is now on the legal developments as the situations go on.

Renowned model and actress Mathira has condemned vehemently social media personality Chahat Fateh Ali Khan as she recorded an unauthorized video from her and subsequently uploaded it.

Mathira became frustrated, revealing that though famous for her personality, it in no way has to be mistakenly taken as acceptance of crossing their personal boundaries by anyone. She believed that crossing people’s limits wasn’t acceptable and never should occur.

She explained that the now-viral video was not recorded by the cameras on the set of her show but was instead filmed by Chahat Fateh Ali Khan from an odd angle. Mathira pointed out that this act was a clear violation of her trust and an intrusion into her personal space
