Fatehabad (Ramesh Kumar): A girl resident of a colony in Fatehabad has accused her own friend of having physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage. The girl has alleged that the police is not taking any action, if she does not get justice then she will commit suicide. The girl has been pleading with the police for justice for the last several months, but after the police did not take any action, she has sat on a dharna in front of the mini secretariat of Fatehabad.

Let us tell you that recently the girl had approached the Fatehabad Superintendent of Police with a complaint. In the complaint, the girl had accused a young man who was her friend since school days of being in a relationship with her for 5 years and having physical relations with her by giving false promise of marriage. Today, the victim along with her family has started a dharna in front of the mini secretariat of Fatehabad as no legal action has been taken on this.
 
This is the matter

In the complaint given to the police, the girl told that in the year 2019, she was doing 11th from a private school in the city, at that time she was 17 years old. It is alleged that during this time she met a young man named Daksh. Both of them started talking. It is alleged that after this the young man took her to a hotel one day and had physical relations with her. When she became pregnant, the accused gave her contraceptive medicine. He maintained relations with her for about 5 years. The girl alleges that the accused promised to marry her, but now he has refused to marry her. 

Girl pleading for justice

After this, a complaint was lodged with the police. On which the police registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act and other sections. Today, the victim along with her family sat on a dharna in front of the mini secretariat of Fatehabad and is pleading for justice as no legal action has been taken on the case.
