IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Indian Oil Corporation Limited has invited applications for apprentice posts. Eligible candidates can apply online for this recruitment through the official website of Indian Oil Corporation Limited iocl.com. Under this recruitment drive, 456 posts will be filled in the organization. The last date to apply is February 13, 2025.
IOCL Apprentice Eligibility: Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification is different for each subject. 12th pass, two-year ITI, or three-year diploma in relevant trade are eligible to apply. Candidates willing to apply are advised to read the official notification once before applying.
The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 years to 24 years as of January 31, 2025.
Candidates belonging to PwBD categories will be given relaxation for up to 10 years (up to 15 years for SC/ST and up to 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates).
IOCL Apprentice Selection Process: Selection Process
Candidates registered on the NAPS/NATS portal and applying as per the notification will be considered for selection. There will be no written test/interview.
The merit list of all candidates applying for the respective post and fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualification prescribed for the post.
Candidates successfully passing the document verification and pre-engagement medical fitness will be considered fit for engagement and will be issued an offer of engagement for apprenticeship training.
Apprenticeship Training
The duration of apprenticeship training for all disciplines is 12 months. On completion of the apprenticeship period, the Corporation shall not be bound to employ such apprentices nor can any apprentice claim a right to employment based on completion of apprenticeship.
Required Documents
The candidate is required to prepare a consolidated PDF document (maximum size 5 MB) by combining the scanned copies of the following documents and uploading it during application. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that all documents are made available in the correct order for scrutiny, failing which the candidature may be rejected.
Class X/SSLC/Matriculation certificate and mark sheet issued by the relevant education board as proof of date of birth.
Mark sheet and certificate/degree or provisional certificate/degree of prescribed educational qualification-ITI/Diploma in Engineering/HSC/Graduation (as applicable).
Conversion formula issued by their institute or university for converting CGPA to percentage.
Caste certificate in the prescribed central format, if applicable.
Caste validity certificate (applicable only for Maharashtra state).
PwBD certificate in the prescribed central format, if applicable.
Latest EWS certificate in the prescribed central format, if applicable
PAN card/Aadhaar card.
Recent colour passport-size photograph.
Signature in blue ink.
