clubs have had more than a month to complete their business and yet it all comes down to today. Transfer deadline day is set to be a very busy one for several teams hoping to improve their squads for the second half of the season.

Manchester United will be eager to be one of the busiest clubs today. A new forward remains a priority after deals for Patrick Dorgu and young centre-back Ayden Heaven were completed. Yesterday's chastening 2-0 defeat by Crystal Palace proved there are still glaring holes in Ruben Amorim's squad.

Arsenal are also interested in signing a new forward and could hijack United's move for Mathys Tel. There is always a late surprise and you cannot rule Chelsea, Manchester City or Liverpool out of a shock deal that comes out of nowhere before the 11pm deadline.
