Effective massage technique to get relief from sinus problem

A person suffering from sinus problem makes every effort to get relief. Closed nose causes difficulty in breathing, which can also cause irritability and severe pain. In such a situation, by massaging some special points, you can get relief from pain and congestion. Know how to massage sinus points:

1) frontal sinus massage

The frontal sinuses are located in the center of your forehead and just above the eyes. For massage of this region:

  • Place both your index and middle finger in the middle of your eyebrows, above your eyebrows.
  • Gradually massage in circular motion.
  • Repeat it for about 30 seconds to one minute.

2) Maxillary sinus massage

Maxillary sinuses are just below both sides and cheeks of your nose. For their massage:

  • Place the index and middle finger on either side of your nose between the bones of the cheeks and the upper jaw.
  • Massage slowly in circular motion.
  • Repeat it for about 30 seconds to one minute.

3) Sphanoids and Emotion Sinus Massage

Sphanoid sinuses are behind your nose and between the eyes, while atmosphere sinuses are located in the nasal bone. For their massage:

  • Place your index finger on the edges of the nose bridge.
  • Put a slight pressure on the corners of the eyes and the middle part of the nose bone.
  • Maintain pressure for about 15 seconds, then turn hands at a slow speed at the bottom from the edge of the nose bridge.

By adopting these massage techniques, you can get relief from the problem of sinus.
