Ola Electric has officially entered the electric motorcycle market with the launch of its Roadster X series. Priced from Rs 74,999, the Roadster X is available in multiple battery options, including 2.5kWh, 3.5kWh, and 4.5kWh variants. The higher-end Roadster X+ models start at Rs 1,04,999 for the 4.5kWh version, while the top-spec Roadster X+ 9.1kWh, featuring Ola’s advanced 4680 Bharat Cell, boasts an impressive 501 km range per charge and is priced at Rs 1,54,999. The motorcycles come with a standard 3-year/50,000 km warranty, and deliveries are set to begin in mid-March.

The Ola Roadster series brings advanced technology with a patented brake-by-wire system and single-channel ABS for precise braking. Its modular battery system ensures efficiency, safety, and adaptability across capacities, featuring an IP67-certified waterproof design, wire bonding technology, and a serviceable Battery Management System (BMS). Built on a lightweight double cradle frame, it offers better stability and handling. Smart features like MoveOS 5 add advanced regeneration, cruise control, and reverse mode, enhancing the riding experience.

Ola Electric has expanded its EV lineup with the launch of the Roadster X series, offering a blend of performance and technology at competitive prices. The Roadster X is powered by a 7kW mid-drive motor, with top speeds ranging from 105 km/h to 118 km/h, depending on the variant. It delivers a range of up to 252 km and features multiple riding modes, a 4.3-inch LCD display, and smart connectivity. The Roadster X+ takes performance further with an 11kW motor, a top speed of 125 km/h, and a maximum range of 501 km. Ola also introduced its Gen 3 S1 scooters alongside the new Gig and S1 Z series, designed for both personal and commercial use, with prices starting at Rs 39,999. Deliveries for the new models are set to begin in April 2025.
