has made another new addition to his team months after hiring a second coach.
The world No. 3 previously welcomed Samuel Lopez into his camp as a full-time secondary coach to Juan Carlos Ferrero. And Alcaraz has now enlisted a new physiotherapist.
It comes after the Spaniard . He picked up a cold after the Australian Open, which appeared to be affecting him in Rotterdam.
According to , physiotherapist Fran Rubio, one of Alcaraz's "good friends," has joined his team. Rubio accompanied the 21-year-old to the Rotterdam Open this week.
Rubio, who also hails from Alcaraz's hometown of Murcia, will alternate duties at some tournaments with head physiotherapist Juanjo Moreno. He has already been spotted in Alcaraz's box during the Spaniard's match against Botic van de Zandschulp.
Alcaraz also has another newer face in his box this week. His main coach, Ferrero, has not travelled to Rotterdam. Instead, Lopez is taking on coaching duties at the ATP 500 event.
Lopez had previously worked with Alcaraz on the occasional week that Ferrero was unavailable, including joining him at London's Queen's Club over the summer. During the off-season, the world No. 3 formally hired Lopez as his second coach.
The four-time Major winner has been battling a cold during the Rotterdam Open. Ahead of the tournament, Alcaraz revealed that he got ill after arriving home from Australia, stopping him from practising as usual.

The cold was still bothering Alcaraz during his tough three-setter against Botic van de Zandschulp as he sniffled and blew his nose.
After the match, the 21-year-old said: "I'm not feeling 100 per cent well yet. I caught a cold when I was at home, but I'm feeling better every day."
But things already seem to be looking up for Alcaraz, who did not need to wear the nose strip during his latest practice session.
The No. 1 seed will face Italian qualifier Andrea Vavassori in his second-round match on Thursday.
Alcaraz has never played the Rotterdam Open before this year, and he is seeking his first title on an indoor hard court.
