Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is seen getting caught in difficulties. The arrest warrant has been issued against Sonu by Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur of Ludhiana, Punjab. This warrant has been issued due to non-appearance in the court despite repeated summons to testify in the court of Sonu Sood.
In this case, Ludhiana's lawyer Rajesh Khanna has filed a case of fraud of Rs 10 lakh against a person named Mohit Shukla, in which he was lured to invest in fake rizika coins. Rajesh has made many serious allegations in this complaint. He has accused of cheating.
Due to this complaint, Khanna summoned Sonu Sood to the court to testify. However, despite repeated sending summons, Sonu Sood did not appear in the court to testify. Due to his absence, the court has now issued an arrest warrant against him.
This warrant has been sent to Oshiwara Police Station, Andheri West, Mumbai. In this, he has been instructed to arrest the actor and present it in court.
