4 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp butter
4 pinch salt
1 1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp maida
2 pinch pepper
Take a deep bottom pan and place it on a medium flame. When heated enough, add butter. Do not keep the heat too fast, otherwise the butter will burn and the taste of the recipe will deteriorate. Now add onion. Cook until they turn transparent and slightly pink.

Make sure you do not burn the onion. Now add the thyme, run on low flame for a while and add maida. When you add the dough, put it in the batches so that no lumps are made. Mix well and fry on medium flame for a few seconds.

If you do not have a ready vegetable stock, you can make it in a few minutes. Take a handful of chopped vegetables like celery, onion, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots and boil with 3 cups of water.
