3-4 chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon garlic-ginger paste

First of all, grind whole coriander, cumin and sesame seeds and make powder. On the other hand, grind coriander leaves, salt, green chillies in ginger-garlic paste.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When heated, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry. Now add tomato puree and cook it.
After cooking for a while, add potatoes and mix it well.
Now add whole coriander, cumin and sesame powder to it. Turn off the gas after frying for a while.
