The result of the UGC NET December 2024 exam conducted by the National Testing Agency can be declared soon. The results will be released on the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in, which the candidates appearing in the exam will be able to check through their registration number and date of birth. The exam was conducted from 3 January to 27 January 2025 at various centers across the country.

NTA released the provisional answer key of the UGC NET 2024 December session exam on 1 February and the candidates were given time till 5 February to register their objections to it. Looking at past trends, UGC NET results are usually declared within 30 to 40 days of the end of the exam. The result of the June 2024 session ending on 5 September 2024 was declared on 17 October 2024. Similarly, the December 2023 exam ended on 19 December 2023, and the results were released on 19 January 2024. Looking at these trends, the December 2024 results are expected to be declared in late February or early March. UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year in June and December for admission to Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor, and PhD programs.
