PM Kisan Samman Nidhi: The 19th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme will be given by the central government to the eligible beneficiaries by the end of February 2025. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that this installment will be distributed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This scheme has been created to provide financial assistance to the farmers, which helps them in farming.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend agricultural programs in Bihar on February 24, where funds will be deposited in the accounts of farmers. E-KYC is mandatory to avail benefits under the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme. Under this scheme, Narendra Modi distributed the 18th payment of the scheme to the farmers on October 15, 2024. This scheme is important for the economic upliftment of farmers, giving them support and assistance.
PM Kisan Scheme-
PM Kisan Yojana is a 100% funded central scheme of the Government of India, which provides financial assistance to farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are paid a direct payment of Rs 6,000 per year, which is transferred to their bank accounts in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. The objective of this scheme is to improve the economic condition of farmers and promote agricultural production.

How to register for PM Kisan Yojana?
- Eligible beneficiaries should provide Aadhar card, proof of citizenship, provide documents that prove that they own land, provide their bank account details and complete the e-KYC process.
- To register for PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, eligible farmers should visit PM-Kisan portal and register online. Or visit their nearest Common Service Center (CSC).
- Contact the Nodal Officers of your state government. Contact local Patwaris or Revenue Officers.
