1. Do not share your UPI PIN with anyone
You get a call or message in which you are told that your UPI ID has been hacked and you are asked to change your PIN. But do not tell your UPI PIN to anyone under any circumstances.
2. Do not click on unknown links
If you ever get a link from an unknown number or email, do not click on it. This may be a phishing scam. In this, you are asked to click on a fake website or app where you are asked to enter your UPI PIN.
3. Do not send money to unknown persons
Before sending money to any unknown person, check his identity thoroughly.
4. Avoid fake apps
Always download the UPI app from the official app store. Fake apps can install viruses on your phone.

Do not share OTP (One Time Password) with anyone.
