Fenugreek chutney

If you have a bad cholesterol problem, you can include fenugreek in your diet as well as its sauce. For this, soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Then the next morning take the fenugreek out of the water and keep it aside. Now take mustard oil in a vessel, heat it and add mustard, cumin, ginger and fennel to it. Now add fenugreek and jaggery to this mixture. Add salt as per taste and cook fenugreek. When the fenugreek is prepared well, cool it and mix it in the food.

 

Neem chutney

Delicious chutney is also made from sweet neem leaves used in cooking. Wash sweet neem leaves, add some coriander and salt and grind it in a mixer. Including this sauce in the diet can also help control bad cholesterol.
