No written exam: Merit shortlisting will be conducted based on criteria decided by EPFO.
Age limit: The candidate should be less than 32 years old.
Salary: The chosen student will get a monthly stipend of Rs 65,000.
Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess a graduation degree from any recognised university. Students with LLB or BA LLB along with some research experience will be preferred.
Preferred candidates: Individuals with LLM or PhD qualifications, prior research work, published papers, or expertise in the field will have an added advantage.

Annual Leave: 12 days a year accruing pro-rata monthly
Leave Limitations: Public holidays and weekends within a leave period will not be taken from the entitlement
Excess Leave: Any additional leave above the 12 days will be deducted from the stipend
No carry-forward of unused leave to next year.
