Required material
- 100 grams milk chocolate
- 100 grams pistachios
- 100 grams fine
- White chocolate (for decoration)
- 2 teaspoon condensed milk
- Silicon mold or aluminum foil
Recipe
Malt chocolate
- First melt milk chocolate.
- Heat it in the microwave or melt it with a double boiler method (placing a glass bowl on top of the hot water vessel).
- Allow the chocolate to melt well so that it remains smooth.
Prepare mold
- Take silicone mold or make a mold by beating aluminum foil in square shape.
- Add a thin layer of melted chocolate and spread it well.
- Put it in the fridge to set it.
Prepare filling
- Peel the pistachios and grind coarsely.
- Heat a little desi ghee in a pan and add desert and fry it till it becomes golden.
- Now add pistachios, condensed milk and remaining milk chocolate and mix well.
- If you want, you can also add a drop of green food color.
- When the mixture starts leaving the pan, turn off the gas.
Prepare kunafa
- Remove the mold from the fridge and fill the pistachios-semen mixture in it.
- Add the remaining melted chocolate from the top to cover it completely.
- Allow it to be set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Serve and enjoy
- After the Kunafa is set, take it out of the mold.
- Decorate white chocolate from above and enjoy this tasty chocolate kunafa with partner.
