Delhi Delhi. The NAScom Foundation on Thursday launched a special skill development program to train “Neurodyvotions” youth in data annotations in partnership with Mathko. Brain processes information in a way that is not specific to most individuals.
The initiative aims to increase employment opportunities for them in the growing fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). In this program, 50 neurodionary individuals will be trained, focusing on both technical and soft skills. The training will be conducted in two phases, with 25 participants in each batch. Participants will not only learn data analysis, which is an important skill for the AI model, but will also get mentarships and confidence support to help them succeed in the workplace.

The Nascom Foundation will provide continuous guidance to employers to ensure an auxiliary environment for neurodyvotions employees and organize sensitization sessions. Its goal is to keep at least 60 percent of the participants in IT and IT-competent services (ITES) areas in internships and jobs. Data annotations, including labeling and tagging data to train the AI model, is a skill that is in great demand because AI applications are growing in industries.
