During the latest episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian was left feeling uncomfortable after her ex-husband Lamar Odom made an awkward comment.

The pair met up for the first time in six years and understandably, the situation was awkward as the exes locked eyes again.

As he got more comfortable, Lamar said: "Well you look good." Khloe responded: "Thank you, you look to the same."

"You make me feel good," he added, as she expressed: "Good, that's always a very nice compliment. But this has been very awkward."

However, Lamar amped up the awkwardness level by several notches as he commented: "I'm gonna be very honest with you, even though I would have loved for you to put me in a dip and put your tongue down my throat just to break the ice, I was expecting for it to be awkward a little bit."

Scrunching up her face at her ex's comment, Khloe asked: "Why would you expect anything less?"

The former basketball star told her that he hadn't seen his "wife" in a really long time before she had to correct him and tell him they haven't been married for nearly a decade.

Fans of the show previously reacted to the awkward meet-up as they flocked to social media to share their reactions.

One said: "Oh that was a hard one for Lamar as much as I feel for him but yhooo he’s put Khloe through so much. And that scene was so awkward and painful." (sic)

Another said: "This conversation between Khloe & Lamar is so awkward & he is sweating so much #TheKardashians". (sic)

While others said they felt emotional after watching the scenes as somebody wrote: "I’m full on sobbing at @khloekardashian and Lamar’s meet up. Lost it when he mentioned how much her son looks like him.
