commented on referee Michael Oliver's controversial decisions during 's dramatic derby clash with on Wednesday night.
The game ended in uproar as Everton snatched a last-minute 2-2 draw through James Tarkowski's equaliser in what is the last Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park, almost 131 years after the rivals first met at the historic stadium.
Oliver faced criticism from supporters of both teams over several calls and particularly incensed Liverpool by allowing the late equaliser - with the decision upheld by VAR - amidst claims of a push on Ibrahima Konate by Everton's Beto in the build-up.
Further drama ensued post-match when Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure taunted the visiting fans, sparking ugly scenes. In the minutes that followed, Doucoure, Curtis Jones, Liverpool manager Arne Slot, and his assistant Sipke Hulshoff all received red cards. The chaos centered around an extended stoppage time incident, where Everton were given another opportunity to attack following a collision between their players Charly Alcaraz and Jarrad Branthwaite, which disrupted Liverpool's attack.
Bradley reflected to : "I don't think they should have got the ball back afterwards but that gave them one more chance. Obviously the referee keeps playing and playing on and they get that chance, and they probably shouldn't get that chance."
The defender went on to express his frustration, admitting: "It's really difficult (to take). It was a tough game, it always is tough coming here. It's difficult when you are out there. The fans are right on top of you and they are giving you a bit of stick and it's a difficult game to play in, but I thought we did well and dealt with it well."
Bradley was forced to be more cautious after he received a booking and faced intense pressure from the Everton crowd following his foul on Vitalii Mykolenko. Slot ultimately took the decision to bring on Trent Alexander-Arnold in his place after Bradley made another risky foul.
"I felt like I had to be careful, especially after getting the yellow card," he conceded. I don't think I deserved the yellow card but I don't think we should talk about the referee as I'll probably get myself into trouble. It was disappointing to get the yellow card and I just had to be good from then on in and make sure I didn't get sent off."
Beto opened the scoring for the Toffees before Liverpool managed to turn the game around with goals from Alexis Mac Allister and , cancelling out Beto's early goal for the opposition before disaster struck for the Reds late on.
Leaving Goodison Park with just a point left Bradley feeling frustrated, though he is optimistic for the rest of the season. Bradley said: "It was bitterly disappointing at the end to lose the three points but we just have to bounce back on Sunday (at home to Wolves) and get another three points there.
"It's a good position but we just have to keep going, keep working hard every day and keep improving. We have to keep on picking up the three points wherever we can as there are still a lot of games to go. We have to keep our heads down and keep going."
Looking ahead to the next challenge, he concluded: "We know it will be a difficult game against Wolves as they are a good team. Hopefully we can put on a good performance, get the win and get back on track."
