Buy property in Lucknow, make flat and hotel… LDA’s e-auction starts from tomorrow

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has once again brought its commercial and residential properties, under which people will be able to take various commercial and residential properties of the authority located at the prime location of the city by bidding in e-auction. For this, an e-auction portal is being opened from 14 February 2025 on the instructions of Pratham Kumar, Vice President of the Authority.

The e-auction of this time will be quite special. In addition to residential plots and flats of 60-60 sqm area, more than 300 plots of group housing, schools, nursing homes, marriage halls, facilities, hotels, fine dine and mixed land use etc. will be available in various schemes.

Last e-auction sold property worth 450 crores

LDA Secretary Vivek Srivastava said that the authority has sold assets worth about 450 crore rupees in the last e-auction. Now as per the instructions of Vice President Pratham Kumar, an e-auction portal is being opened again from 14.02.2025. Under this, people wishing to buy property will be able to register online by dated-10.03.2025, after which e-auction will be done on -17.03.2025 among the registered applicants.

Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma said that 60-60 sqm residential plots employed in Sector-H of Basantkunj Yojana located on Hardoi Road have also been planted in this e-auction, which is reserved by Rs 32,955 per sqm. Apart from this, commercial, mall/multiplex, city club, group housing, school, nursing home, faculty, hotel , Community centers, CNG stations/petrol pumps, residential and mixed land use plots will also be taken through this e-auction.

18 illegal cry-house building sealed in PGI

On Thursday, the team of Enforcement Zone-2 took action in the PGI and Ashiana area in the order of the campaign against illegal construction in the city on the instructions of LDA Vice President Pratham Kumar. During this period, 18 Ro-House buildings being built illegally and a commercial construction were sealed. Atul Krishna Singh, zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-2, said that Harishankar Narayan Jewelers and others were constructing an illegal commercial building on an area of ​​about 150 sqm in sector-D-1 of Kanpur Road Scheme in Ashiana.

Apart from this, 15 cry-house buildings were being constructed by Suresh Sharma, Arjun Yadav and others on the plot of about 15,000 square feet next to Kalli Purba village in PGI. Similarly, 03 Ro-House buildings were being constructed by Kaushal Kumar, Ashish Kumar and others on a plot of about 240 sqm area near Loungakheda Lake in Sector-6C of Kharika of Telibagh.
