Fajita Stake Salad is a fresh and healthy Mexican salad. Many healthy ingredients like Latus, Cherry Tomato, Yellow onion, Cabbage are used to make it. Each vegetable has its own different benefits. In making this salad, a fully ripe steak is used as the main material that makes it crisp. Salad also contains extra virgin olive oil which is digested quickly and easily. It also has less fat content. This can be your favorite salad because it is not only healthy but also delicious. It will take about an hour to make this salad. This type of salad is not very common, so you can serve it to your guests on dinner or lunch and affect them with your cooking skills. This recipe is easy to make. Prepare this salad quickly and enjoy some healthy and crisp bytes with your loved ones. 120 grams beef stake

3 lemon

1 teaspoon of salt

50 grams of roasted mole

1 tablespoon smoked sweet paprika

4 red capsicum

2 medium sized romain letters

4 cherry tomatoes

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon spice chili powder

1 teaspoon red chili

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 medium -sized yellow onion

1 teaspoon pepper

4 cups chopped red cabbage

2 medium sized avocadostep 1

To make this Mexican salad, first take a large size bowl and squeeze lemon in it. Then, add olive oil, cumin, sesame, chili powder, cosher salt, red chili. Mix them using a blender until it becomes emulsified and keep it on one side.

Now, take a medium -sized pan and place it on a high heat for the next 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the steak with paparika, black pepper, cumin and salt on both sides.

Now, place the steak on the pan and keep it until the golden brown for the next 4-5 minutes. Flip the steak and let it cook from the other side. When the stake is cooked well, place it on the chopping board and cover it with aluminum foil.

Next, take a small bowl and cut the avocado, cherry tomato, capsicum, yellow onion and salad leaves in it.

Now, in the same pan in which the steak was cooked, add chopped vegetables with salt and pepper. Cook the mixture of vegetables until it is soft and light burning.

Finally, add salad leaves, cabbage and avocado to the prepared mixture (step 1). Cut the steak across the rash and put it in the bowl. Also, add ripe onion, chili, tomatoes and serve.
