  • Gourd – 1 (grated)
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar-2-3 tablespoons
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Ghee – 1 tablespoon

Method (Lauki ki kheer recipe)

  1. First of all, wash the gourd thoroughly and grate it. Then heat the ghee in a pan and add grated gourd to it and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Now add milk and water to it and mix well. Let the mixture boil, then add sugar and cardamom powder to it.
  3. When the kheer becomes thick, take it off the heat. Enjoy the pudding of hot gourd by decorating cashews and almonds.
