In view of the huge crowd gathering on the Mahashivaratri festival, the Varna administration has released a diversion plan. The route of the city will be divert at 10 pm on Tuesday i.e. 25 February at 10 pm. In this, the movement of three wheelers and four wheelers from Benia Tirahe will come to a standstill from Kabir Chaura via Pieri Outpost. Two wheel vehicles will be operated. Thus this route will be used as a single direction route on the occasion of festivals.
While releasing the diversion plan, the Varanasi administration said that whoever comes out of Benia parking will not go to his destination via Piary Chowki, Kabir Chaura and in any case, Benia will not go to Lahurabir via Tirahe. Apart from this, entry of two -wheelers will be prohibited from 10 am on February 25 to 11 pm between Maidagin and Godoulia intersection.
The auto and e-rickshaws coming from the Guru Bagh of Varanasi will go to their destination from Guru Bagh to their destination by turning to the rights of Mahashivaratri. Entry of four-wheelers including auto and e-rickshaws towards Ramapura will be prohibited. From Bhelupur to Revdi pond via Ramapura, Bhelupur to Sonarpur via Godoulia, Broadway to Agrawal Tirahe, Gurubagh Tirahe to Ramapura, Bank of Baroda to Assi, Gol Gadda Tiraha to Visheshwarganj, Bhadaiichungi to Visheshwarganj and Auto along And entry of e-rickshaw vehicles will be prohibited.
The Varanasi administration has arranged parking outside the city for vehicles and buses coming from Negare districts. Among them, both roadways or private of Azamgarh, Jaunpur and Ghazipur will not come forward from Harhua. Parking site has been arranged in Harhua itself. The vehicles will be parked there. From there electric and city buses will take passengers to the small cutting memorial ground via Harhua to Gilt Bazaar. In return, the bus will go to Harhua with passengers. Passengers coming to the city will go to their destination from the cutting memorial ground via auto and e-rickshaws.
Apart from this, roadways and private buses coming from Sonbhadra, Prayagraj and Mirzapur will be parked at Transport Nagar Ground near Mohansarai. Electric and city buses will come from Mohan Sarai to Chandpur with passengers and will go to the Transport Nagar Ground Mohansarai with passengers. Passengers will go from there to their destination via auto and e-rickshaws.
The Varanasi administration has said that no four -wheelers will come inside the city besides UP 65 in front of Jagatpur Inter College. The parking lot will be parked at Jagatpur Inter College. Passengers will go from there to their destination via auto and e-rickshaws. Apart from UP 65 from Akhari bypass, no roadways and private bus or four wheelers will be allowed inside the city. The parking lot is built at Sant Ravidas Temple Ground. The vehicles will be parks there. Also, buses of Sonbhadra, Vindhyanagar, Chandauli, Varanasi Rural, Cantt depot will come to Cantt via Mohansarai, Chandpur Lahartara. Apart from this, no buses will enter the city.
