Bhagar idli recipe: In the worship of Mahashivaratri, where only one or two days are left, the devotees of Lord Shiva have started preparing. On the occasion of Mahashivaratri, worship Lord Shiva and fasts. Although it is advisable to eat fruit during fasting, but many people also prepare to make fasting breakfast in a new way.

What is the material

• Bhagar- 1 Bowl (200 grams)
• Sabudana- 1/4 Bowl
• Curd- 1/2 Bowl
• rock salt- 1 to 2 tsp
• Baking Soda- 1/4 T Spoon

Prepare like this with these ingredients

You can make the idli of fasting with the help of bhaggar and other things.

1- Grind Sabudana and Bhagar in a mixer.
2- Take this mixture in a large bowl and add curd and dent salt to it and whisk it in the same direction and add water as per the requirement and make a thick solution.
3- If the curd is sour then it will feel less and if you are sweet, then it will take more.
4-Keep this mixture covered for 10-15 minutes so that the bhagar and sabudana swell well.
Put 1 glass of water in the 5-Dali mold and keep it on the gas. Grease with oil in the mines of the idli stand. Add baking soda to the mixture and mix it with a spoon. As soon as the bubbles start coming, stop moving with a spoon. Because after adding soda, the air comes out by whipping and the idli spongy does not form.
6-Now fill the mixture in each food of the idli stand with the help of a spoon. Put the mines of the idli stand in the mold and put a lid.
Let the 7-Dali cook for 10-11 minutes. If you do not stick to the knife, then the idli is ready. By the way, the idli is cooked in 10-11 minutes.

Take out the 8-Dali stand out of the mold. After cooling, take out the idlis from the idli stand with the help of a knife.
