Ingredients
250 grams cheese
250 grams sugar
Note: You can reduce this quantity according to your own. For example, if you want to make more cheese, then increase the amount of sugar.
Recipe
– First of all prepare sugar syrup. For this, keep three quarter cups of sugar and one and a half cup of water in the cooker.
Now let this water boil so that the sugar melts completely in water. Now take cheese and cut them into cubes.
– Insert these pieces in the melted sugar syrup. As soon as the cheese is added, the sugar syrup will boil once again.
– Do not run these paneer pieces with a spoon and let it boil in such sugar syrup. Now close it with a lid in the pressure cooker.
Then after applying a whistle on high heat, slow down the flame of gas. Now cook the paneer on this low flame for about half an hour.
After half an hour, when we remove the lid of the cooker, we will see that the cheese is completely cooked by golden brown color but the syrup remains thin.
In such a situation, remove the lid and cook it for a while on high flame. Turn off the gas when the syrup becomes thick.
– Then leave this cooker to cool like this. After cooling, put the paneer pieces on a sieve.
– So that the remaining sugar syrup is filled and gathered in another vessel. Just serve this cheese khurma. Prepare another sweet dish from the remaining sugar syrup.
