2 medium size potatoes
2 teaspoon corn floor
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
5-6 teaspoon shejwan sauce
1 ½ teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon white vinegar

First of all, peel the potatoes and cut it into the shape of the finger. Now wash the potatoes thoroughly and keep it to dry the water.
After this, add corn floor to the chopped potatoes and mix it well, which will cover the corn floor potato completely.
Now heat the potatoes in a pan and deep fry the potatoes. Then heat a little oil in the pan.
Now add green chili and fry it. Then mix all the chopped vegetables including onion and capsicum.
After frying for a while, add ginger garlic paste and stir it.
Now add shejwan sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, black pepper powder and salt and mix well in this mixture.
– Then add fried potatoes and stir it. The hot chilli potato is ready. Now take it out in a plate and serve it.
