At the same time, Reni Almeda, an expert at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, said that now the number of people who can listen properly, but feel difficulty in understanding the voices. He says that this problem of APD can be constantly caused by the use of noise-cancellation headphones. That is why if you also use them continuously and too much, then be careful in time. Listening to music on too much volume can harm the ears. Do not keep headphones throughout the day and relax your ears.
