Beyond her acting prowess on-screen, Shivangi Joshi has a deep passion for classical dance. Fascinated by traditional dance forms, the actress has been practicing the same since childhood. Shivangi truly loves the art form and her latest entry on social media is proof. In a new post on Instagram story, she added a photo of the newspaper cutting showcasing a teenager Shivangi, dressed in a traditional outfit, worn specifically while performing the Indian classical dance.
Taking a trip down memory lane, Shivangi wrote, “Tiny feet. Big dreams. When life was all about fun beats and endless smiles.”
Shivangi Joshi’s breakthrough role as Naira in the popular TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai won her millions of fans. However, she was always fascinated by Indian classical dance, often earning appreciation for her graceful dance moves. Even on her show, she performed several classical sequences, leaving audiences in awe. Even during her recent visit to Maha Kumbh, she performed a beautiful classical dance.
Shivangi Joshi has also been in the headlines for her upcoming show Bahaarein co-starring Harshad Chopda. Fans are eagerly waiting to see them together. Earlier, the duo was a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, but given their roles in different generations, they did not share screen space. According to Gossips TV, the show will be aired on Sony TV. It has also been confirmed that she will be replacing the cooking reality show Celebrity MasterChef. The show is set to kick off on January 27. Reportedly, it is set to air from Monday to Friday at 8 pm.
As the makers are planning a grand launch for the show, a source close to the portal revealed, “Baaharein is expected to take the weekday slot between 8-9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television. The channel has plans to launch the show on a grand scale following the culmination of MasterChef India.”
Earlier, there were reports that Pranali Rathod was supposed to play the female lead in the upcoming show. Interestingly, she was also a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, playing Akshara against Harshad’s Abhimanyu in the third-generation arc.
